Only 6 Ex-Bourbon barrels, a mix of 1st Fill and Refill Ex-Bourbon Casks are carefully selected by Malt Master Stuart Nickerson for bottling Watershed. Watershed is the first whiskey to be cut with the water from our own Ballindoney Farm reduced to 47% vol. each bottle is individually numbered, showing a Limited batch size Nose: Opens with strong vanilla and sweet fruit notes, followed by hints of grain. Taste: Black pepper rises on the palate, overtaken by vanilla fudge and just a trace of raisins. Finish: The smooth finish is warm and comforting, honey on hot buttered toast
