Our Genever has a unique flavor profile that is achieved through the careful blend of malt spirit with juniper and other botanicals, resulting in a deep, layered, and grainy taste. We finish the spirit by aging it in Oloroso sherry casks, which helps to build its profound character. The combination of these three elements gives our Genever a distinct and memorable flavor.
